The first in a series of Wellbeing in Grief workshops based on Dr Lucy Hone’s model of Resilient Grieving for any kind of loss.
Grief is often misunderstood and unacknowledged, therefore impacting the many facets of our lives, from our relationships to our daily functioning, and ultimately our overall wellbeing.
These workshops are all about equipping people and organisations with practical strategies and tools that build resilience and community for better wellbeing while living and experiencing change, loss and grief at the same time.
*Minimum 3 people required (maximum 5 for quality group experience)
